• Access to question creation and exam paper generation requires an active subscription
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time

By uploading, submitting, or posting content to the Service (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content
• The right to modify or adapt your User Content for technical requirements
• The right to remove your User Content at our discretion

5.1 DMCA Compliance

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid copyright infringement notices.

5.2 Reporting Copyright Infringement

Copyright holders may report infringement by sending a notice to our designated DMCA agent:

Your notice must include:

• Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on our Service
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized

5.3 Repeat Infringer Policy

• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE
• ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS ARISING FROM USER CONTENT
• ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE

10.2 Copyright Infringement Claims

Users acknowledge that they use the Service at their own risk and that Examalytics is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from User Content.

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for:

• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any reason with 30 days’ notice
